What’s going on everyone?! This is the first of many blog posts that I’ll be writing to give you insight on your path to be a better you. Today I’ll be reviewing BeachBody’s new 21 Day Fix Extreme.
First off, the program will be released on February 2nd (my Birthday) and secondly, this program will kick your butt.
If you know me, you know I’m a CrossFit junkie, so why am I writing about a BeachBody program? Because I know everyone isn’t me, and everyone doesn’t care about how much weight they can rip off the floor or how fast they can do it. Most people just want to look good naked and feel better about themselves.
Celebrity trainer Autumn Calabrese released the 21 Day Fix last year and it quickly became the #1 at home fitness program. It was a simple workout routine with a easy to follow, no nonsense meal plan that only lasted 21 days. Anyone can last 21 days. This program helped many people achieve their goals, or at least got them on the right path.
But that wasn’t good enough. Autumn wanted to take people further. She didn’t want to leave people feeling good about themselves, she wanted them to feel GREAT! So she stepped the workouts up a notch, cleaned the meal plan up a bit, and laid out the blueprint to the best you possible. The great part is that the workouts are still only 30 minutes a day, it still comes with the same food containers that the original 21 day fix did, and it’s only 21 days!
Are we saying that after 21 days you’ll look like the model on the front of a MEN/WOMENS HEALTH? That depends on your level now. Everyone is different, but it will get you much closer than you thought was possible. This program isn’t for beginners, it’s recommended that you tackle one of the easier programs first, such as the original 21 Day Fix, T25, PIYO, or any of the other “beginner” programs. However, 21 Day Fix Extreme does have a modifier to help keep it low impact and to help you out if you’re not quite ready for the full thing but want to give it a shot anyways.
