Spicy Avocado Snack

This Spicy Avocado Snack is fresh, fast, and easy snack is heart-healthy and delicious.

Spicy Avocado Snack

Ingredients
1 cup ripe avocado, halved and pitted
1 medium tomato chopped
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons hot sauce to taste
2 pinches kosher or Himilayan salt

Spicy Avocado Snack

Directions
Slice the avocado in half. Then slice the meat of the avocado 3 or 4 times in one direction, turn avocado and slice 3 or 4 more slices perpendicular to the first slices creating 8 to 12 small cubes still attached to the peel.

Scoop the avocado out into a bowl.

Chop the tomato put into the bowl with the avocado and toss with kosher or Himalayan salt. Drizzle lemon juice and hot sauce over the avocado and tomato.

Place onto a plate and eat.
